These exquisite and delicate flowers have been gently harvested from our Tea gardens and immediately dried to capture the beauty and flavour of the blossom. If you have never had the opportunity to taste the wonder of tea blossom, prepare yourself for something very special! Brewing just a couple of grams of blossom releases notes of honey and nectar backed by the soft sourness of limoncello. Blossom can be reinfused a couple of time. Alternatively these edible flowers can be added to create your own blended infusions or wherever your imagination takes you.
